Well, for my birthday I started looking for a plant based restaurant and discovered this vegetarian restaurant. I ordered the veggie stash with brown rice and roasted potatoes and the cornbread french toast. The veggie stash was delicious and I didn’t really like the cornbread french toast . 1 out of 2 isn’t bad. Next time, I’m trying a homemade juice and green burrito. I say give it a try. It’s a little pricey but it’s healthy and worth it!
Absolutely loved our visit! The place has a warm, thoughtful vibe and the food arrived quickly, tasting incredibly fresh. One of the highlights was the fruit smoothie—no added sugar, water, or ice, just pure fruit goodness. And the glass straw? Such a simple but amazing touch. Really appreciated their focus on quality and sustainability.
First time here today, after talking about stopping by for so long. I regret not coming sooner! I got the grilled cheese tortilla, my fiancé got the Cuban with tempeh, and we shared a plate of chips and hummus. Everything was absolutely incredible. So thrilled that there's a spot in Creston with fantastic vegetarian and vegan options. Can't wait to come back to try more of their menu offerings!
What a great little hidden gem, the Green Goddess juice I had tasted so fresh and flavorful, the Mediterranean platter was perfect for 1 person, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It’s great to see so many different ages enjoying the space.
Many veg options. Server was less knowledgeable than we would expect. Vegan options should be made clearer. Our guest went through the trouble to ask for tofu instead of eggs. Asked if the gravy was vegan. But then there was still cheese on the burrito. It ended up fine but clearer communication about the options could improve the service. Online the menu is clearer. Overall good. Earthy as you would expect. Clean. Area of town is a little sketchy and parking is difficult to find. I would go again. The food was good. Too expensive for what you get. Esp the drinks. $5 for basic coffee. Partially self serve for coffee and water.
Enjoyed a nice breakfast today at Gaia. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Our party of six was seated immediate on a Saturday morning. Unpretentious, casual, warm interior. Small menu, but nice to have so many vegetarian and vegan options. Good to have the opportunity to try something different, outside the normal brunch fare. I stuck with what I normally like - eggs & potatoes plus tried a fruit cup. It was a filling portion and cooked well. The potatoes were well seasoned and crispy. I also enjoyed the sourdough bread that came with my meal. The fruit was fresh and seasonal. Coffee was self-service and offered three options, with creamer available at request. I tried the Swiss chocolate brew and liked it a lot. My friend’s specialty French toasted looked amazing. It has tender sweet sautéed apples, cherry sauce, and almonds. Everyone had to try an apple slice - they were really good! Worth your time and taste buds! Thanks for a good experience!
